I was there

I was there, when they moved that house, when folks were locked down, when we needed something to celebrate, when we needed to get out, remember when the crowd cheered as the SFMTA sign shop guy removed the street sign that threatened progress, remember when the house made the turn, the wheels creaked and popped and we all held our breath, standing too close to appreciate the load, and the house rolled on.
